Langues & Voyages – E.L.S. Euro-Séjours is a French based educational travel agency established in 1987. We are a bonded travel agent, registered with ‘Atout France’ the French government agency for the development of incoming tourism. This enables us to offer our services and operate in any country in the European Union. Our head office is in Bonchamp, near Laval, France. We are an active member of UNOSEL (Union Nationale des Organisateurs de Séjours Linguistiques), the principal French professional body grouping organisations such as our own. We therefore observe all aspects of the UNOSEL quality charter (www.unosel.org).
Our activity is the organisation of educational tours throughout Europe for school, college and adult groups. Incoming groups to France represent about 50 % of our business.
Nine members of staff work in our head office in Bonchamp. Fiona Barone runs our incoming groups department, assisted by Christine Lloyd and Coline Beurnez.
Once you decide to work with us, the same person will handle your file throughout. They can be contacted during normal office hours, and when groups are abroad our telephone lines are open 24/7.
